If you are not satisfied with your order after receiving it, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their custom-made nature, dresses, bodysuits, jumpsuits, made-to-order items, leather products, couture pieces, and handcrafted products are eligible for exchange only and cannot be returned.
For hygiene reasons, bikini products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Limited-stock discounted items are eligible for exchange only and cannot be returned.
Exchange & Return Conditions
Products must be returned unused, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging, complete and undamaged.

Shipping the Products
For exchanges, shipping costs are covered by us. After completing the order form, shipping details will be shared with you.
Return shipping costs and arrangements are the responsibility of the customer. For secure delivery, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Process
Once the product reaches us, the necessary inspections will be carried out. If the return is approved, your payment will be refunded to the original card or account used for the purchase, depending on your bank’s processing time.
